Description

Bierbrand (distilled beer) is a rarity and relatively unknown among connoisseurs. However, those who know this delicious distillate from spicy Baar beer appreciate it as a digestif of the special kind. With an alcohol content of 36% vol., the Braumeister-Tröpfli captivates with a sweet-tart aroma on the nose and a fruity taste on the palate. Due to the lemon balm contained in the recipe, the dried hops and a fine portion of lemon, the beer brandy is slightly reminiscent of a Williams. As a pure pleasure, the Braumeister-Tröpfli crowns a fine meal. Connoisseurs say it harmonizes wonderfully with chocolate cake, and in the kitchen it is well suited for refining sauces and desserts.
